The Investment...

Payments include 25% of subtotal for the non-refundable down payment; payment in full (less down payment) required upon completion and approval, or in circumstances upon my discretion, within 30 days of website completion & approval. 

If you are interested in my design services, please drop me a line! I'd be happy to send you a suggested package of webpages that would be efficient for your type of business, any concepts or drafts that I have formed from what you'd told me about your business, and a website package quote. If you already have a pretty good idea about what you want for your website, please just let me know and we can work from there.

Package One:
Home page and up to seven static webpages (html) or galleries. Plus site map and contact page. Graphics/editing included. Excludes online shopping. Included is one year maintenance of up to two updates/month.

With one year hosting under my domain (www.yourbusinessname.com) and your regular email, no php forms: $400

With other hosting at your expense, you'll have a domain like above www.yourbusinessname.com and emails like jane@yourbusinessname.com: $350

Package Two:
Home page and up to twelve static webpages (html), forms (php), or galleries. Plus site map and contact page. Graphics/editing included. Excludes online shopping. Included is one year maintenance of up to two updates/month.

With one year hosting under my domain (www.yourbusinessname.com) and your regular email, no php forms: $500

With other hosting at your expense, you'll have a domain like above www.yourbusinessname.com and emails like jane@yourbusinessname.com: $450

Package Three:
Home page and up to seventeen static webpages, forms (php), or galleries. Plus site map and contact page. Graphics/editing included. Excludes online shopping. Included is one year maintenance of up to two updates/month.

With one year hosting under my domain (www.yourbusinessname.com) and your regular email, php forms at extra expense: $600

With other hosting at your expense, you'll have a domain like above www.yourbusinessname.com and emails like jane@yourbusinessname.com: $550

For larger websites: Please contact me and we can negotiate a reasonable fee.

For any of the above packages, add-ons will be charged as outlined below.

Drafts and Sample Pages: No Charge
Home Page: $100
$50 per Static Content Page
$75 per Static Gallery Page with up to 75 Photos, basic editing
$150 per Interactive Gallery Page with up to 75 Photos
$150 per Dynamic Form Page, can be a contact/comment form or order form, without online processing
$150 for Dynamic Shopping System for less than fifteen sale items, excluding price for Shopping Cart and Payment Gateway
$200-2000 for Dynamic Shopping System for sixteen to 150 sale items, excluding price for Shopping Cart and Credit Card Processing
$75 Dynamic Adobe Order Form design, auto-email, print/fax, no online processing
$5-10 per PEDIGREE Page, quantity of pedigree pages not included in the package size.

WEBHOSTING

For some of the above website design packages, after the one year webhosting has expired, clients may choose to find a new host or maintain hosting through C.Rock Web Design. It is important to note that most sites will not have php form/database capabilities through my hosting because clients would have to have access to my control panel (and therefore others' information). Business-specific email addresses are also not available, again for confidentiality's sake. Should you wish to subscribe to your own domain, I recommend Bluehost!

UPDATES

Charge per Type of Update:

Update without a photograph: $10.
Update with a photograph: $15.
Editing/Correcting errors: no charge.
Adding/Replacing photographs: $10.
Adding pages: Same rate as above per type of page.  (Same rates still apply according to original package size.)

OR

Monthly Updating Charges:

We can negotiate a reasonable monthly fee! Rates will range from $12/month to $40/month for once monthly to twice weekly maintenance.

ASSETS & CONTENT

Basic Photo Editing: No charge. 
Requested Advanced Editing: Charged at my discretion.
Custom Logo Design: $100 estimated
Text/Paragraph/Content Writing: $10/hour, and facts/info must be provided in some form; interview upon request.
(Or, you may provide written, publishable content.)
Static Gallery Page: $75, up to 75 photos per gallery page
Interactive Gallery Page: $150, up to 75 photos per gallery page
Slideshows: Charged at my discretion
Links: No charge on Content/Gallery pages.  Specific “Links” page
charged as Static Content Page.

If you would like documents or brochures created that compliment your website, please let me know. Prices will vary.

"Charged at my discretion" means the size of the project and time involvement will be factored into a fair price.
